This is a recent harvest of our Snow Pear Anxi Oolong. Unlike the more famous Anxi Tie Guan Yin tea AKA "Iron Goddess", Snow Pear has a more distinctive pear-like floral crisp taste and aroma, with a fairly rounded smooth finish.
One of my favorites -- Snow Pear --has a delicate flavor that I can drink in the morning and afternoon. Very soothing and relaxing. Not too strong, with just the right level of aromatics and deep flavor.
